MY LEVEL?
This free session is designed to assess what level of padel you are currently playing at. During this session, we will evaluate your technique, strategic play, and overall game. Receiving a rating will allow you to enroll in the programs best suited for you, along with competing against the same level players for the most enjoyable, competitive experience.

You are taking your first steps into the exciting world of padel. At this stage, you are familiarizing yourself with the racquet, the court, and the basic rules of the game. Your focus is on learning the fundamental strokes and developing hand-eye coordination.

You are starting to hit the ball with more control and consistency, and you’re beginning to experiment with using the back wall. You’re learning to differentiate between forehand and backhand strokes, experimenting with different swings and grips. You’re also getting a feel for the ball’s bounce and the speed of the game.

You are comfortable rallying and can keep the ball in play for several shots. You are starting to understand the basic strategy of padel, including the importance of court positioning and shot selection. You are working on adding more power and spin to your shots, and are beginning to intentionally use the back wall to extend rallies.

You are a consistent rally player and can place the ball with some accuracy. You are able to hit a variety of shots, including volleys and lobs. You are starting to experiment with different spins and developing your tactical awareness. You’re gaining confidence in hitting the ball off the back wall and beginning to experiment with shots off the side
